Tour group of 3 to 40 people can eligible to join a "144-hour Entry-facilitating Visa" for traveling to Guangdong Province via Hong Kong and Macau. This policy is applicable to all foreign ordinary passport holders whose countries have diplomatic relationship with China, but not to the foreign journalist or diplomat passport holders.

The duration of the tours are limited to 6 days (144 hours) in the following 10 cities in Guangdong province, including Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Zaoqing, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Huizhou and Shantou. The tourist group can have its choice of the entry or exit ports at any of the above cities except Shantou.
