Zhuhai International Circuit

 Zhuhai International Circuit(ZIC) is a big synthetic project created through the cooperation between Long Yi Industrial Company and Hongkong Lamdel Investment Co. Ltd.The
first phase investment is 100 millions USD, the total occupied land is 4km2.

The completed main projects include a F1 standard circuit and its accessories,ZIC Lakewood, two 18
-hole international Golf courses, ¡¡a country club with professional management and
complete facilities.

Occupying an area of 1.2km2 and with an investment of about 30 millions USD, Zhu
hai International Circuit is the core of the project. The general designer is the Australia based Kinhill engineering company (also the designer of the Adelaide and Melbourne
F1 circuit).The construction started on Nov.23,1993. The circuit was inaugurated in November 1996. The racetrack is originally 4.3 km long with 16 corners.

The circuit was upgraded by the designer of Tilke GmbH in 1998, the track remains 14 corners ( including 4 lefthan-
ders ). The design and construction comply strictly with FIA/FIM's safety standard
and have been approved by FIA/FIM . ¡¡The circuit is able to host F1 Grand prix and Motor GP. This special, exiting track has a longest straight of 900m
and an anther one of 500m. Its largest width is 18m while the smallest is 12m. Having enough space for overtaking , the track offers both landscaping view and plenty
of challenges. The best record of GT1 ever made on this track is 285km/h in 1996.¡¡ Experts believe that ZIC is one of the fastest tracks of the world.
